Shipping policy

At Home OT Guru, we partner with specialized vendors and manufacturers to provide high-quality equipment directly to your door.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the equipment.

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that because we partner with multiple vendors, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for large equipment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email] with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with our vendors to ensure a replacement is sent out as quickly as possible.

Digital Services

Please note that Tier 2 (Space Reviews) and Tier 3 (Video Consultations) are digital services. No physical shipping is required, and all deliverables will be sent via email or your client portal.
