Refund policy

At Home OT Guru, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because we partner with specialized manufacturers to ship equipment directly to you, our return process is designed to coordinate with their specific safety and hygiene standards.

1. Return Window Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety) Due to health and safety regulations, certain items are Final Sale and cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., commodes, shower chairs, or items that come in contact with the body).

  • Single-use items or items with broken sterile seals.

  • Digital services (Tier 2 Space Reviews and Tier 3 Video Consultations) are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will coordinate with our vendor to provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return Do not ship items back to the return address on your package without contacting us first.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the correct vendor warehouse address.

  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Restocking Fees Please note that some of our medical equipment vendors charge a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
